What are Generic Drugs? What is the difference between generic and brand named drugs?
Generic drug is a medicine which is chemically equivalent to a brand-name product, but available under its generic chemical name (e.g. Sildenafil Citrate is a generic name of a medicine known as Viagra). What is the difference between prescription, non-prescription and other pharmacy items?
Many medications may be supplied by a pharmacist only after a prescription has been supplied by a medical practitioner or dentist. Non-prescription and other pharmacy items are grouped into "medicine" - meaning medication not requiring a script, and "other" - meaning assorted remaining pharmacy items.

The correct dosage of an active ingredient is specified in the product full title followed by 'mg' (milligramme). Pay attention to the dosage before putting an item into the Shopping cart.
What would happen if I overdose?
Each medication should be taken very accurately and in a strict accordance with the usage instruction or physician's prescription. Read drug information leaflet before taking the medication. If overdose took place, you should immediately contact your local healthcare specialist.
What would happen if I take an expired term medicine?

What are your shipping regulations? How long does it take to deliver?
Two Shipping Methods are available for our customers: regular airmail (about 14-21 days) and courier delivery via USPS (EMS) (about 7-14 days). The choice of the preferred method should be made during the registration process. The cost and the delivery term (from 4 days up to 3 weeks) depend on the method you select. Do you offer express delivery?
We offer courier delivery by USPS. Courier delivery costs 30 USD; the delivery time is 7 days, up to 14 days depending on the destination region. Tracking Code is provided, order tracking is available. Parcel is delivered to your door.

I still haven't received my order.
If you ordered using express delivery method, you could use your Delivery tracking code to check the current delivery status. If you chose standard airmail delivery, you will have to wait for at least 30 days for your order to be delivered. If the parcel did not arrive within this term, you should contact your local postal office. If they confirm that the parcel has not been delivered, we will re-ship the order again to you free of any charge. Only a very small percentage of orders are lost. However if the original order subsequently arrives as well as the re-shipped order then we rely on your honesty to inform us. We always try to resolve any problems in a fair and reasonable manner and to the best of our ability.

What is CVV2 in the registration form?
CVV2/CVC2 is a new authentication procedure established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It helps ascertain that the customer placing the order actually possesses the credit/debit card and that the card account is legitimate. This new feature is a 3 or 4-digit code which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. Therefore, the CVV code is not part of the card number itself. The back panel of most Visa cards contain on a signature panel the full 16-digit account number, followed by the CVV/CVC code. Some banks, though, only show the last four digits of the account number followed by the code.
