You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number in the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
